Beacon Law Advisors is a Seattle-based boutique firm of seasoned corporate, transactional, and technology attorneys who also have significant operating, in-house and entrepreneurial experience. Founded in 2003 on the premise that operating experience and having a business operator’s perspective makes a qualitative difference in counseling growing businesses, we have assembled a team of highly proficient business lawyers, who combine the legal skill set of experienced “big firms” with the grounding that comes from actually having run a business. We have served as general and senior counsels in both private and public companies, have founded and held operating roles within start-ups, and have also gained valuable practice experience within large national firms.
